We use USPS for residential deliveries and UPS Ground to commercial addresses.

Our new fulfillment center ships orders within 3 days of receiving them.  Look for a confirmation and tracking email from BudiBar@FamousFoods.com. You may also email customer service at this address if you have any questions about your order.

Where shipping is applicable we charge flat rates, nationally. It’s just easier that way!

No, at this time we do not ship outside of the United States except to APO/FPO addresses. If you would like to share our products with friends or family who live outside of the US, we recommend that you have them shipped to your own address first and then re-ship them.

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes too. When you ship to a PO Box, your recipient will receive a note in his or her PO Box letting him or her know to pick up the package at the desk.

Yes, we do. When you place your order, please approximate the address as best as possible in our order system. When you get to the end of checkout, you’ll see a box for “anything else you’d like to tell us.” Please write the complete, official address in that box. Or you can always email the address to orders@budibars.com .

Note that the tracking information for APO/FPO addresses does not always indicate delivery confirmation.

When we bake BudiBars® they are frozen right away to lock in freshness and will stay fresh for 12 months!

We ship them frozen and they will stay fresh for 3 months at ambient room temperature after they are out of the freezer. However, "ambient" is very subjective (some like it hot, after all!) and since BudiBars® have no preservatives, we strongly recommend refrigeration for up to 6 months of enjoyment. Or, you can put them back in the freezer when they arrive for up to one year.

Bars can go from room temp, back to the freezer, to room temp and back again!

We’re based in Boston, MA and our baking facility is located in Boston as well..

BudiBars® are available both with and without nuts. However, our bars are prepared in a facility that does process other products with nuts.

BudiBars® are wheat free. Although all of our products are prepared with gluten free ingredients, our baking facility is not certified gluten free. Therefore we can not guarantee that our products are gluten free.

No, we never use ingredients that contain trans fats. We use only all-natural ingredients and never add artificial preservatives. If you wouldn’t want it in your kitchen, we don’t want it in ours.

No, but we do sell our BudiBars® right here on the "Buy Bars" tab and at many retail locations [see map/addresses]. If you would like to sell BudiBar® products, email info@budibar.com.

All of our products are made by hand, and while we do our best to maintain consistency each and every time we make a product, there may be slight variations from one order to another.
